  4. Johnston v. Great West
Our client, a truck driver, was injured in a motor vehicle accident. We arbitrated the case to obtain full recovery for our client, including work injury benefits, compensation for pain and suffering and past and future wage loss.

  5. Brenton v. Brenton
We represented a victim of spousal abuse. The husband broke our client's neck causing sever injuries which she is still recovering from. The trial court awarded $950,000 in damages and the wrongdoer was held accountable.

  6. Jane Does 1-4 v. Richard Schnieder
We obtained a substantial judgment against a stepfather who had sexually abused his four female stepdaughters. The girls, now young adults, were empowered by the litigation which they controlled sometimes justice means more than money.

  7. State of Oregon v. Jessie Clay
Philip Lebenbaum obtained three not guilty verdicts for his client, a young African American woman, accused of selling crack cocaine to a police informant. The jury told the state they had the wrong person and set our client free of the false accusations.
