David J. Hollander

Retired

I graduated from Brooklyn Law School in New York City in 1976. After working in New York for about a year and a half, I moved to Portland in 1978. Since opening my practice in 1982 I have represented thousands of clients in state and federal courts and before the Workersí Compensation Board relating to issues they had in the workplace.

I was admitted in all the courts of the states of Oregon. I was also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits.

I have represented clients against many large employers such† as UPS, Boise Cascade, Nike, the State of Oregon, the City of Portland, the City of Salem, Clackamas County, and US Veterans Administration, Safeway, JC Penny, and others.

After almost 40 years of practicing law, it is now the time to pass the torch to my partners. I am confident in their ability to continue the firmís tradition of protecting the rights and interests of Oregonís workers in their workplaces.
